Carl is a vital part of the Solihull-based Bournville Catering Equipment team and is not afraid of a challenge.

One recent project he had a crucial hand in was within the new Birmingham Resorts World Complex. Bournville was tasked with working on a new kitchen for Andy Waters Restaurant by chef owner Andy Waters.

The venue had to be designed to use every inch of space and feature high quality, highly reliable equipment. One of the crucial aspects of the kitchen and its smooth operation was the warewasher, and Carl helped to choose a Smeg Foodservice solution to meet the brief.
