Nav joined HCE a mere 15 months ago with no previous experience whatsoever in the catering equipment industry, and in this short time he has shown incredible determination, drive and passion for his work.
He initially started at HCE in a role which was primarily focused on marketing the company, but very quickly it became apparent to management that he had the necessary flare, drive and passion for sales. His role was quickly changed to sales support and following this change he has worked tirelessly on expanding his knowledge of both the industry in general and also his product knowledge.
Nav gives 100% to everything he does and strives to please every customer. His role within HCE has further developed and is now even more varied but sales focused. No matter what Nav undertakes he always applies himself and always sees the given task through with both tenacity and excellent levels of customer communication.
His role has developed considerably, embracing not only single item sales and estimating support, but also working with the team on some smaller projects. In addition and most recently he has been given the responsibility of helping produce monthly sales figures for the company directors, a crucial element of work to the business and a task that he has taken very seriously, showing great accuracy and attention to detail.
In the short time he has been with HCE he has come an incredibly long way and firmly established himself as a key member within the dealers sales team. His colleagues and peers admire his work-ethic; hes always cheerful and absolutely a star of the future as far as HCE is concerned.
